- Introduction: These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bizbuzzbees’ (referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Services: Bizbuzzbees provides website development and digital marketing services to clients. The scope of services to be provided will be agreed between Bizbuzzbees and the client in writing prior to the start of the project.
- Payment Terms: The client will be invoiced for the services provided by Bizbuzzbees, and payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. If the client fails to make payment within the specified timeframe, Bizbuzzbees may terminate the agreement and cease providing services.
- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the work produced by Bizbuzzbees as part of its services will be owned by Bizbuzzbees. The client will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work for the purpose for which it was produced.
- Confidentiality: The client and Bizbuzzbees agree to keep all confidential information obtained during the course of the agreement confidential, and will not use or disclose such information to any third party.
- Limitation of Liability: Bizbuzzbees will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the client as a result of the services provided, unless such loss or damage is directly caused by Bizbuzzbees’ gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
